ISO Tech Committee TC 207 has created a new working group, SC4 to develop ISO standards on packaging and the environment. It has been proposed that the new ISO standards be based on the existing EU packaging and the environment standards developed by CEN which are linked to the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive.
